Hello, thanks for stopping by!
I’m Johanna. I’ve loved photos for as long as I can remember, but it was only when I moved overseas and was inspired to capture every detail of my new life that photography really took hold of my heart. Now I can’t live without it. Taking photos for people, filling their walls, albums and shoe boxes full of photos fills me to the brim. My style is natural, combining the beauty of nature with the love that exists among families to create photos that tell your story.
I can assure you that a session with me won’t be full of cheesy poses and fake smiles. I’ll ask you to play with one another, to slow down and just enjoy being together. The in-between moments are my favourite and I think it’s those small details that come together to tell the story of your family. When you trust me to document your family, I will create photos with you that hold your family’s unique reflection, and give you the gift of photos that take you right back to that moment every time you hold them in your hands.
